A system seeking to speed up dicing of all types of food, particularly for staff in nursing homes.

IDEATION
People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) need their food cut into appropriate sizes in order to eat safely.
How might we create a system of cutting tools that accurately cut food into ½” pieces for LAI staff members in order to improve meal prep efficiency, precision, and safety?
My teammate Madisen Pavoris and I demonstrate how to use the cutting system using our 3D-printed prototype.
